All of the products on INTERMATS websites are designed for industrial applications. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your products, we will replace the mat or refund your money.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please follow the instructions below. You can also email this information to sales@intermats.com

1. Email us during office hours and let us know you wish to return a mat.
2. We will need to know for what reason and your details, name, phone number and the full address where the mat is located. If you know your invoice number, please have this to hand as this will help speed up the process.
3. If there is no defect or you do not want to consider another mat from our range, return will be accepted subject to a 20% re-stocking plus shipping charges

Date received
Reason for return

Ordering is simple and fast!

The first step to order your logo mat, is artwork submission. We will create a free digital proof with your artwork for approval before ordering.

1. Select the logo mat category from the top menu (indoor logo mat, indoor/outdoor logo mat or rubber logo mat)
2. Next click the logo mat product of your preference.
3. On the product page, look for the "Request you FREE digital proof here" button, click and fill in the information needed, upload your file and hit submit.
4. In next 24 business hours we will email you a PDF digital proof with your custom design along with price and ordering instuctions.
5. You can request any changes to the design, colors, or layout if needed. Please reply to the email with the changes.
6. Once you approve the final proof, and place the order we will move forward with production.
7. Most orders ship out within 5 business days. As soon as it ships we will send you notification via email with tracking information and invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: Digital FREE proofs are provided with no obligation to purchase. There is absolutely no charge for this service. However to avoid potential abuse and provide "free digital proofs" to genuine potential customers, the acceptance of any proof request and/or changes of any existing proof is ultimately at our discretion. We will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

LOGO / ARTWORK : We can accept PC based files only. Preferably CDR, PSD, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF, TIF and PDF. A higher resolution image (300 dpi and higher) or vector art will help us to expedite your FREE proof in a timely matter. It is not necessary to send artwork enlarged at the real size of the mat needed.

High Traffic, Indoor Applications Logo Mat

Minimum Text Height: 1"
Minimum Line Thickness: 1/8". White & light colors should be at least 1/4"

The text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.
Light background colors should be avoided due to their tendency to show dirt on the mat more than a darker or neutral tone.
We also advise against the use of screens, tints and transparencies in the design because they are not easily converted to our color pallet.

Maximum size available 6' x 40' in WHOLE FOOT INCREMENTS. Please select "Other " from the drop down and type size needed on the pop out box.

Digiprint HD and Grand Impressions HD Logo Mats are also available in some custom shapes, like : Circle, Half Circle and Oval shape. If you need a custom shape please let us know the shape needed.

Sizes are not guarantee to be an exact measurement and it may vary +/- up to 5% (tend to shrink) due to the materials and manufacturing process.
