WARRANTY: Are Intermats mats guaranteed? All of our mats are covered by the manufacturer's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will replace the mat or refund your money.

How long will my logo mat last? Life on your mat will depend on the amount of traffic and the care/maintenance you will provide. All our products are designed for industrial application and high foot traffic. The typical life expectancy for logo mats is 3 to 5 years.

LEAD TIMES: How long will it take to get my order? All custom logo mats will ship out within 5 to7 working days from order and proof approval date. Standard non-logo mats and industrial mats will ship out in 3 to 5 days. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground service, depending on your location transit time can vary from 2 to 5 days. For rush service please contact us.

SAMPLES: I need to see a sample before purchasing? How? we provide free mini-mats samples for all our styles, however shipping is not free you will need to provide us with a shipping account number. Just go to our Sample Request Form to submit your request.

MAINTENANCE: How do I clean/maintain my logo mat? The mats featured on our website should be regularly cleaned to ensure optimum performance of the mat. Cleaning is easy! simply vacuum, hose or steam clean. Most Interior mats, Logo mats and Message mats are fully launderable and the smaller sizes can be put straight into your washing machine. Most entrance and outdoor mats can be pressure clean or hose off the mat.

IMPRINT METHODS: How are the logo mats imprinted? We have several imprint methods depending on the mat style and application. Please go to our Imprint methods page for complete details.

SIZES: Will the sizes have an exact measurement? Sizes are rounded to the next whole foot. Please refer to size in inches for more accuracy. Sizes are not always an exact measurement and typically have a 3-5% variance (tent to shrink) due to the materials and manufacturing processes.

BACKING TYPE: How will I know what backing type to select, cleated or smooth? The cleated backing is the standard and can be use in any kind of flooring, this will be the best choice for carpeted floor. The smooth backing works better over concrete or tile floor. For vinyl flooring or other delicate floor surfaces we recommend a vinyl backed mat.

PRICES: Does the price listed on Intermats website include all fees and additional colors? Price listed includes everything. We don't have any set up fees or art charges. Regardless of how many colors you design has the price will be the same!

CUSTOM SHAPES: Can you make any logo mats custom shapes? Yes we can. For indoor use we can customize shapes with our Digiprint and Grand Impressions mats, shapes like half circle, round, oval and more. For outdoor use we can customize shapes only with our Waterhog Premier Logo  Roll goods and Eco Berber Logo Roll Goods.

DIGITAL PROOF REQUEST LEAD TIME: After submitting my FREE proof request, how long before I get it? You will get it within the next 48 hours, in most cases within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Some cases will take longer, depending on the design and type of file submitted.

ARTWORK/FILE TYPE: What file type should I use to submit my logo? We can accept PC based files only. Preferably CDR, PSD, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF, TIF and PDF. A higher resolution image (300 dpi or more) will help us to expedite your FREE proof in a timely matter.

LOGO FILE UPLOAD ERROR: I'm being asked to enter a user name and password when I hit submit on the form, why?  Our web server doesn't allow unanimous uploads over 1 MB on size.  Check the size of your file and if larger than 1 MB, please email it directly to artwork@intermats.com

ORDERING: If I approve the proof, how do I order? We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will receive via email with your FREE proof a link where you can click and order online. You can also send us your credit card information by fax ( download form by clicking here ) or call us at 1-888-498-1355.

PAYMENT TERMS: Do you offer any type of payment terms? Must orders required payment before production begins. We will accept PO's from public schools, government agencies and other qualifying institutions.

Besides credit card, what other type of payment will you accept? We gladly accept Company checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. In these cases payment must have being received before production starts.
