IMPORTANT: Size Disclaimer. Please note that mat sizes are not exact measurement. Please allow a 3-5% variance in all finished mat sizes due to materials and manufacturing processes.

Backing: All mats orders are produce with our standard rubber backing which is cleated( gripped ) Smooth rubber backing is available upon request. For 6' width mat sizes only smooth rubber backing is available.

Custom Shapes: Are not cover by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We produce the mats according to the specifications submitted by client or contractor. If measurements are not taken correctly is not our responsibility. To avoid measuring errors we suggest you have a professional measure and submit detail plan for production.

Quantity Pricing: discount pricing on all logo mats is based on 100% equal mat design, size and color. Different design, product, size or color may not be combined for quantity discounts.


We carry a 100% unlimited customer satisfaction guarantee for the life of the product. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your products, we will replace the mat or refund your money.

Return Policy

Custom Logo Mats: Because logo mats are custom imprinted, we cannot accept returns unless there are a product defect. In such cases, a replacement of the product would be authorized upon receipt of the following:

1. A proof (picture via email) of the mat clearly showing the defect or printing error.
2. The physical mat or piece of the mat containing a date code in the rubber backing returned to us.

Upon receipt, we will ship out a brand new replacement mat free of charge. Claims have to be done within 5 days from delivery date. Please inspect as soon as you receive your order.

We make every effort to be sure you are happy with the layout for printing before any work is done.

Non-Logo Mats: For defected or damage items a replacement would be authorized upon receipt of submitted proof (picture via email or actual item) of the defective product. If a return is requested for any other reason it will be accepted subject to a 20% re-stocking plus shipping charges. If free shipping was provided, the UPS real cost will be added to the re-stocking fee amount.

If a replacement is necessary, customers should contact us by phone or email to describe the problem and we'll make every effort to correct it. Do not return products without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Cancellations: An order cannot be canceled once it begins production. Production will start right after customer approves art proof and send partial or full payment. Cancelation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Subject to a 5% fee for credit card transactions.

All claims of defects or discrepancies must be made within 5 days from receipt of shipment.

Lead times: Normal production time is 5 to 7 days for Custom Logo Mats after proof approval and 3 to 5 days Non-Logo Mats. For rush service please contact us.

Payments & Terms: We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfers, cashiers checks and company checks. All payments should be made to Intermats or InterPro LLC. For all new customers, prepayment is required. For repeat customers and re-sellers, terms may be established, subject to review.

Purchase Orders: We accept PO's from government agencies, public schools and other qualifying institutions. To set up an account, please email us or fax your PO's to 954-281-5442.

Shipping: Most of our items will ship based on standard weight/size based within the 48 contiguous United States. Customer is liable for all shipping costs unless promotion states otherwise.Our standard shipping method is UPS ground.All orders will ship using this method unless otherwise requested. Large and/or heavy shipments will go truck freight and rate can be quoted before order is placed. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges.

Drop shipping: We can offer drop shipping when shipping to multiple destination is required. A drop ship additional fee will apply per additional destination.

Individual packaging: For multi mats orders we will ship bulk packed, if individual boxing is required an additional fee will apply per box.

Sales Tax: If your order is shipped to FLORIDA, there will be a 6.0% sales tax added to your total. For Tax-Exempt institutions, please place your order with the tax added, them fax or email us your Tax Exemption Certificate copy. Will will issue a refund back to your credit card for the tax amount within the next 48 hours.
