Ordering is simple and fast!
The first step to order your custom logo mat, is artwork submission. It is necessary we make a digital proof (free of charge) with your artwork before you can order.
Please read our logo mats ordering process below:
- Select mat category from top menu (indoor logo mat, indoor/outdoor logo mat or rubber logo mat)
- Next click the logo mat product of your preference. You can also make your selection HERE
- On the product page, look for the "Request you FREE digital proof here" button, click and fill in the information needed, upload your file and hit submit.
- In next 24 to 48 hours we will email you the FREE digital proof with your custom design along with price and web link to place your order secure online.
- If changes are required to the proof provided, please reply to our email message with your requirements.
- After your final approval and ordering your logo mat will ship out within 5 business days.
- As soon as it ships you will receive notification via email with tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE: Digital FREE proofs are provided with no obligation to purchase. There is absolutely no charge for this service. However to avoid potential abuse and provide "free digital proofs" to genuine potential customers, the acceptance of any proof request and/or changes of any existing proof is ultimately at our discretion. We will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
LOGO / ARTWORK : We can accept PC based files only. Preferably CDR, PSD, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF, TIF and PDF. A higher resolution image (300 dpi and higher) or vector art will help us to expedite your FREE proof in a timely matter. It is not necessary to send artwork enlarged at the real size of the mat needed.
