Free shipping is offered to one destination only throughout the 48 contiguous United States on all ONLINE logo mats orders. Offer is valid only via UPS standard ground shipping.

Free shipping offer only applies to pre-paid orders, for purchase orders or any orders with terms actual shipping cost will be charged.

All orders will ship using this method unless otherwise requested. Large and/or heavy shipments will go truck freight and rate can be quoted before order is placed. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges.

For our logo mats please allow 10 days to ship out and in some cases 7 to 10 days. Please refer to each individual product page for production time. Please add an additional 2 to 5 days transit time for UPS to make delivery.

• Our price-match promise applies only to other Internet suppliers that offers the identical product (style, color, size and other attributes) and is priced correctly and accurately.
• To price-match, we must be satisfied that the products in question are identical.
• Prices can be compared including shipping charges. We offer Free Shipping on all logo mats.
• Prices are compared excluding Sales Tax (For Florida Customers).
• We do not price-match with special offers, promotions or discount vouchers/coupons.
• Our price-match promise is limited to the US territory. We do not price-match Internet suppliers that are based in or operate from outside the US.

How do you go about it?

Ask us for a price match simply by informing us of the website where you have seen the item cheaper. If another supplier has provided a better quote, just email us a copy. Make sure you also send us your details (including your name, company name, telephone number and email address). We will then confirm to you our price-match in writing, so you'll have it in black and white for when you're ready to order.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please follow the instructions below. You can also email this information to sales@intermats.com

1. Email us during office hours and let us know you wish to return a mat.
2. We will need to know for what reason and your details, name, phone number and the full address where the mat is located. If you know your invoice number, please have this to hand as this will help speed up the process.
3. If there is no defect or you do not want to consider another mat from our range, return will be accepted subject to a 20% re-stocking plus shipping charges

Ordering is simple and fast!

The first step to order your custom logo mat, is artwork submission. It is necessary we make a digital proof (free of charge) with your artwork before you can order.

Please read our logo mats ordering process below:

1. Select mat category from top menu (indoor logo mat, indoor/outdoor logo mat or rubber logo mat)
2. Next click the logo mat product of your preference. You can also make your selection HERE
3. On the product page, look for the "Request you FREE digital proof here" button, click and fill in the information needed, upload your file and hit submit.
4. In next 24 to 48 hours we will email you the FREE digital proof with your custom design along with price and web link to place your order secure online.
5. If changes are required to the proof provided, please reply to our email message with your requirements.
6. After your final approval and ordering your logo mat will ship out within 5 business days.
7. As soon as it ships you will receive notification via email with tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE: Digital FREE proofs are provided with no obligation to purchase. There is absolutely no charge for this service. However to avoid potential abuse and provide "free digital proofs" to genuine potential customers, the acceptance of any proof request and/or changes of any existing proof is ultimately at our discretion. LOGO / ARTWORK : We can accept PC based files only. Preferably CDR, PSD, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF, TIF and PDF. A higher resolution image (300 dpi and higher) or vector art will help us to expedite your FREE proof in a timely matter. It is not necessary to send artwork enlarged at the real size of the mat needed.

Hog Heaven Impressions multi-color images are created by molding a digitally printed thermoplastic material onto a durable nitrile rubber surface giving the mat a slip-resistant top. This mat is available in a 5/8" thick Nitrile/PVC cushion. PMS Color Matching are available.
